********** A Note about Graduation Parties ***********
Our building has become a popular destination for grad parties. We have hosted these for 2 years now and are changing a few things for 2026. We have eliminated multiple grad parties on the same day. This means there will be less availability for booking parties in 2026. We also learned that 5 hour time blocks were often not enough time for proper setup and tear down.
For 2026, All grad party rentals will be alotted 8 hours in the building and will be the only booking that day. The 2026 price will be $1,000 for the 8 hour rental. The price increase reflects demand, use of our supplies, as well as extra time needed to return our building back to it's original condition after large events.
We have full building wifi, multiple televisions, ample parking and multiple spaces for your guests to enjoy.
We offer complimentary 6 foot rectangular tables, folding chairs and an empty refrigerator/freezer you can use if needed.

Your rental fee is due at the time of booking via Venmo to hold the space and there are no refunds given.
